# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 107: Land Compensation Act 1973 (c. 26)

In section 87(1), in the definition of “agricultural unit”—
(a) after ““agricultural unit”” insert
“ —
(a)in relation to land in England,”;
(b) after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—
(b)“in relation to land in Wales, has the meaning given in section 408(1) of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”.
