# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 108: Employment and Training Act 1973 (c. 50)

In section 4 of the Employment and Training Act 1973—
(a) in subsection (3)(e)(ii), after “a planning authority within the meaning of” insert “the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 or”;
(b) in subsection (5)(d)—
(i) after “a local planning authority” insert “or a planning authority”;
(ii) after “Act of 1990” insert “, 2026”.
