# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 117: Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (c. 57)

In section 26(6), in the words after paragraph (b)—
(a) after “1990” insert “(in the case of land in England) or in section 304 or 306 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (in the case of land in Wales)”;
(b) for “that section” substitute “those sections”.
