In section 109—
(a) in subsection (1), for the words before “shall” substitute “Section 320 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and section 368 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (which provide for the holding of local inquiries for the purposes of those Acts)”;
(b) in subsection (2), for the words before “and section” substitute “Section 329 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, sections 398 and 399 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”.
