  "text": "In section 121—\n(a) after subsection (5E) insert—\n“(5EA) Subsections (2) and (3) of section 250 of the Local Government Act 1972 (evidence at local inquiries) apply in relation to a hearing under subsection (5A) in Wales as they apply (by virtue of section 302(1) of this Act) to a local inquiry under this Act.”;\n(b) for subsection (5F) substitute--\n“(5F) Sections 372 and 373 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (costs) apply in relation to a hearing or local inquiry under subsection (5A) in Wales as they apply in relation to a hearing or local inquiry under that Act.”",
