  "text": "In section 232—\n(a) in subsection (8)—\n(i) for “and Parts 2 and 6” substitute “, Part 2”;\n(ii) after “2004” insert “and the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”.\n(b) the definitions of “development plan” and “local authority” in subsection (9) become subsection (10);\n(c) at the beginning of that subsection insert—\n“(10) In this section as it applies in relation to land in England—”;\n(d) after subsection (10) insert—\n“(11) In this section as it applies in relation to land in Wales—\n“development plan” is to be interpreted in accordance with section 10 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;\n“local authority” means a local authority, within the meaning given by section 408 of that Act, other than a National Park authority.”",
