  "text": "(1) Schedule 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 12(2), after “section 56(4) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” insert “, or any relevant operation within the meaning of section 99(2) of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026,”.\n(3) In paragraph 20(a)—\n(a) in paragraph (ii), after “section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” insert “or section 4 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”;\n(b) in paragraph (iii), after “section 56(4) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” insert “, or one or more relevant operations within section 99(2) of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026,”.\n(4) In paragraph 22—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (3)(b), after “local planning authority” insert “(in England) or the planning authority (in Wales)”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (4), after “Section 117 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” insert “(in England) or section 393 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (in Wales)”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (5), after “any premises” insert “in England”;\n(d) after sub-paragraph (5) insert—\n“(5A) Where compensation has become payable under sub-paragraph (1) in respect of an interest in any premises in Wales and subsequently an order with respect to the use of those premises as a parking place is made under section 102 or 206 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026, the amount of that compensation must be taken into account in assessing any compensation on a claim by reason of expenditure, loss or damage in consequence of that order made in respect of that interest under section 106 or 211 of that Act.”",
