# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 201: Cycle Tracks Act 1984 (c. 38)

In section 3(10) of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984—
(a) after “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” insert “or the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”;
(b) for “that Act” substitute “the Act in question”.
