# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 225: Electricity Act 1989 (c. 29)

In Schedule 8—
(a) in paragraph 2(6), for paragraph (ab) substitute—
“(ab) in relation to Wales, means a planning authority within the meaning of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”;
(b) in paragraph 8(2)(a), omit “and Wales”.
