# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 24: Opencast Coal Act 1958 (c. 69)

In section 15, after subsection (7) insert—
“(8) In the application of this section to Wales, subsection (6) is to be read as if references to the Act of 1990 and to Part 3 of that Act were references to the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 and Part 3 of that Act.”
