  "text": "In section 37—\n(a) in the section heading, at the end insert “and Welsh principal Act”;\n(b) in subsection (1), after “this Act” insert “, as it applies in relation to England,”;\n(c) in subsection (2)—\n(i) omit the entry for sections 319ZA to 319ZD;\n(ii) in the entry for section 322, omit “: England”;\n(iii) omit the entry for section 322C;\n(iv) in the entry for section 323, omit “: England”;\n(v) omit the entry for section 323A;\n(vi) in the entry for section 327ZA, omit “in England”;\n(d) after subsection (5) insert—\n“(6) The following provisions of the Welsh principal Act apply for the purposes of this Act, as it applies in relation to Wales, as they apply for the purposes of that Act—\nsections 361 to 363 (exercise of functions of planning authorities relating to applications)\nsection 367 (procedural requirements for appeals, applications and other proceedings)\nsection 368 (power of the Welsh Ministers to hold local inquiry)\nsections 372 and 373 (costs of proceedings before the Welsh Ministers)\nsections 383 to 385 (powers to require information about interests in land)\nsection 390 (offences by bodies corporate)\nsections 398 to 400 (service of documents).””",
