# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 265: Water Industry Act 1991 (c. 56)

In section 190—
(a) after “section 90 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (planning permission deemed to be granted in certain cases)” insert “or section 87 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (directions granting planning permission)”;
(b) after “that Act of 1990”, in both places, insert “or 2026”.
