# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 269: Water Resources Act 1991 (c. 57)

In section 183—
(a) in subsection (1)—
(i) after “section 90 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (planning permission deemed to be granted in certain cases)” insert “or section 87 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (directions granting planning permission)”;
(ii) after “that Act of 1990”, in both places, insert “or 2026”;
(b) in subsection (2), after “the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979” insert “or Part 2 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”.
