# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 271: Water Resources Act 1991 (c. 57)

In section 221(1), in the definition of “joint planning board”—
(a) after ““joint planning board”” insert
“ —
(a) in relation to England,”;
(b) after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—
“(b) in relation to Wales, means a joint planning board established under section 8 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”.
