# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 273: Water Resources Act 1991 (c. 57)

In Schedule 6, in paragraph 1—
(a) in sub-paragraph (4)(a), after “local planning authority” insert “or planning authority”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (6)(ba), for “Part 6 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004” substitute “Part 2 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”.
