# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 280: Local Government (Overseas Assistance) Act 1993 (c. 25)

In section 1(10) of the Local Government (Overseas Assistance) Act 1993, for paragraph (h) substitute—
“(h) a joint planning board established under section 8 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026.”
