# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 281: Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (c. 28)

In section 70 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993—
(a) in subsection (14)(a), omit “as it applies in relation to England,”;
(b) in subsection (15)—
(i) in paragraph (b), for “is to be interpreted in accordance with Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” substitute “means a planning authority within the meaning given by section 7 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”;
(ii) omit the words after paragraph (b).
