# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 310: Environment Act 1995 (c. 25)

In section 97(8), in the definition of “the planning Acts”—
(a) after ““the planning Acts”” insert
“ —
(a)in relation to England,”;
(b) after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—
(b)“in relation to Wales, means the Welsh planning Acts within the meaning given by section 408 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”.
