  "text": "(1) Schedule 14 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the Schedule heading, at the end insert “: England”.\n(3) In paragraph A1, at the end insert “in their area”.\n(4) Omit paragraph 1 and the italic heading before it.\n(5) In paragraph 2(1), in the definition of “first review date”—\n(a) in paragraph (a), omit “in relation to a mineral planning authority for an area in England,”;\n(b) omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it.\n(6) In paragraph 2A—\n(a) in the heading, omit “: mineral planning authorities in England”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1), for the words from “In the application” to “the authority” substitute “In this Schedule, “first review date” means the date set by a mineral planning authority”.\n(7) Omit paragraph 2B and the italic heading before it.\n(8) Omit paragraph 3(A1).\n(9) In paragraph 4(A1)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), omit “for an area in England”;\n(b) omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it.\n(10) In paragraph 12—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (A1)—\n(i) in paragraph (a), omit “for an area in England”;\n(ii) omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (A2), for the words from “In the application” to “the authority” substitute “In this paragraph, “the review date” means the date set by the mineral planning authority”;\n(c) omit sub-paragraph (A4).",
