# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 316: Gas Act 1995 (c. 45)

In Schedule 4 to the Gas Act 1995, in paragraph 2—
(a) in sub-paragraph (1), omit paragraph (xxiii);
(b) after sub-paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) But in relation to Wales sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to the enactments mentioned in paragraphs (iv), (v), (vi), (vii), (viii), (xiv), (xvii), (xx) and (xxiv) of that sub-paragraph (in which enactments “statutory undertaker and “statutory undertaking have the meanings given by section 303 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026).”;
(c) in sub-paragraph (10), omit paragraph (e).
