# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 318: Competition Act 1998 (c. 41)

In Schedule 3 to the Competition Act 1998, in paragraph 1(2)—
(a) omit the “or” after paragraph (a);
(b) after paragraph (b) insert
“ or
(c) a planning obligation for the purposes of section 165 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026.”
