In section 86(4)—
(a) for “or under Part 2 or 6” substitute “, under Part 2”;
(b) at the end insert “, or under Parts 3 to 5, Chapter 1 of Part 6 or Chapter 1 of Part 7 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”.
