# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 325: Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (c. 37)

In Schedule 14, in paragraph 1—
(a) after ““open space”” insert
“ —
(a)in relation to land in England,”;
(b) after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—
(b)“in relation to land in Wales have the same meaning as in the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (see sections 279(2) and 408(1));”.
