# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 329: Capital Allowances Act 2001 (c. 2)

In section 436(2) of the Capital Allowances Act 2001—
(a) in paragraph (a), omit “or Wales”;
(b) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) in relation to land in Wales, the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (see sections 408 and 99(4));”.
