# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 330: Finance Act 2001 (c. 9)

In Schedule 7 to the Finance Act 2001, in paragraph 14(1)—
(a) in paragraph (g), omit “and Wales”;
(b) after paragraph (g) insert—
“(ga) a planning authority in Wales (within the meaning given by section 7 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026);”.
