# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 346: Courts Act 2003 (c. 39)

In section 3(3) of the Courts Act 2003—
(a) omit the “and” after paragraph (a);
(b) after paragraph (b) insert
“ and
(c) section 271(1) of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (compulsory acquisition by the Welsh Ministers),”.
