In section 38—
(a) omit subsection (4);
(b) in subsection (5A) (inserted by section 93(2) of LURA 2023), for “For the purposes of any area in England, subsections” substitute “Subsections”;
(c) if section 93(3) of LURA 2023 is in force, omit subsection (6).
