# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 369: Housing Act 2004 (c. 34)

In section 134(7) of the Housing Act 2004, in the definition of “planning permission”—
(a) after ““planning permission”” insert
“ —
(a)in relation to dwellings in England,”;
(b) after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—
(b)“in relation to dwellings in Wales, has the meaning given by section 408 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”.
