# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 384: Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c. 15)

In section 41(3) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007—
(a) omit the “and” after paragraph (a);
(b) after paragraph (b) insert
“ and
(c) section 271(1) of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 (compulsory acquisition by the Welsh Ministers),”.
