# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 390: Planning Act 2008 (c. 29)

In section 138, after subsection (4A) insert—
“(4AA) But in relation to Wales, “statutory undertakers has the meaning given by section 303 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026.”
