# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 391: Planning Act 2008 (c. 29)

In section 193—
(a) in subsection (1), at the end insert “in relation to trees, groups of trees or woodlands in England”;
(b) in subsection (3), for the definition of “the appointed day” substitute—
““the appointed day” means the day on which subsection (1) comes fully into force;”.
