(a) in the heading of Part 11, omit “and Wales”;
(b) in section 205(1), omit “and Wales”;
(c) in section 206—
(i) in subsection (1), omit “or Wales”;
(ii) omit subsections (2), (4) and (5);
(d) omit section 213(2);
(e) omit section 214(5).
