# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 404: Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (c. 23)

In section 322—
(a) in subsection (1), in the definition of “public body”, in paragraph (d), after “local planning authority” insert “or planning authority”;
(b) in subsection (2), in the definition of “statutory undertaker”—
(i) in paragraph (a), at the beginning insert “in relation to England,”;
(ii) after paragraph (b) insert—
(a)“in relation to Wales, Part 12 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”.
