  "text": "In section 52 of the Harbours Act 1964, after subsection (2) insert—\n“(2A) But for the purposes of this section in its application in relation to land in Wales—\n(a) “the appropriate authority” means the appropriate Crown authority within the meaning given by section 401(6) of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;\n(b) section 401(8) of that Act applies to any question about who is the appropriate authority.”",
