  "text": "In section 35—\n(a) after the definition of “restocking notice” insert—\n““the Town and Country Planning Acts” means—\n(a)in relation to England, the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;\n(b)in relation to Wales, the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”;\n(b) in the definition of “tree preservation order”—\n(i) after “means” insert\n“ —\n(a)in relation to trees in England,”;\n(ii) after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—\n(b)“in relation to trees in Wales, an order made under section 234 or 236(1) of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”;\n(c) in the definition of “tree preservation regulations”—\n(i) after “means” insert\n“ —\n(a)in relation to England,”;\n(ii) after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—\n(b)“in relation to Wales, regulations made under section 237 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”;\n(d) after the definition of “tree preservation regulations” insert—\n““woodland preservation order” means an order made under section 235 or 236(2) of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026.”",
