# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 73: Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 (c. 83)

In section 1 of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967, at the end insert—
“(15) Subsection (14) has effect in relation to Wales as if the reference to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 were a reference to the Planning (Wales) Act 2026.”
