# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 83: Transport Act 1968 (c. 73)

In section 108(1)—
(a) in paragraph (b), after “section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” insert “or section 214 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”;
(b) in the words after paragraph (b)—
(i) for “the said Act of 1990” substitute “the Acts mentioned in paragraph (b)”;
(ii) after “local planning authority” insert “or planning authority”;
(iii) for “of the said section 215 as it applies” substitute “mentioned in that paragraph as they apply”.
