# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 85: Finance Act 1969 (c. 32)

In section 58(4)(c) of the Finance Act 1969, in the Table—
(a) in the entry that begins “A local planning authority”, in each column, omit “or 6”;
(b) after that entry insert—
“A planning authority within the meaning given by section 7 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026.
Part 2 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026.”
