# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 86: Post Office Act 1969 (c. 48)

In Schedule 4 to the Post Office Act 1969, in paragraph 93, after sub-paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) But in relation to Wales sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to the enactments mentioned in paragraphs (vii), (x), (xii) and (xvii) of that sub-paragraph (in which “statutory undertaker and “statutory undertaking have the meanings given by section 303 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026).”
