# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 34

In section 68, in the definition of “strategic development plan”, for “section 60M of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c. 5)” substitute “section 17 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”.
