# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 36

In section 77(3)(g), for “Part 6 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c. 5)” substitute “Part 2 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026”.
