# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 80: Environment (Principles, Governance and Biodiversity Targets) (Wales) Act 2026

In section‍ 28(5) of the Environment (Principles, Governance and Biodiversity Targets) (Wales) Act 2026—
(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) section 374, 376 or 377 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026,”;
(b) omit paragraph (c) (but not the “or” after it).
