  "text": "In section 63—\n(a) in subsection (5), at the beginning insert “In relation to England,”;\n(b) after subsection (5) insert—\n“(5A) In relation to Wales, “listed building and “conservation area each have the same meaning as in the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, and “local planning authority means the planning authority for the purposes of that Act (see section 210 of that Act).”",
