# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 14

Status: prospective

In section 80(3)—
(a) after paragraph (c) (but before the “or” that follows it) insert—
“(ca) the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023,
(cb) the Planning (Wales) Act 2026,”;
(b) in paragraph (d), for “(b) or (c)” substitute “(b), (c), (ca) or (cb)”.
