  "text": "In section 93—\n(a) in subsection (4), at the beginning insert “In relation to land in England,”;\n(b) after subsection (4) insert—\n“(4A) In relation to land in Wales, “Crown land has the same meaning as in the Planning (Wales) Act 2026, and “appropriate authority means the appropriate Crown authority for the purposes of that Act (see section 401 of that Act).”",
