  "text": "In section 106(1) of the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011—\n(a) in the definition of “listed building” and “conservation area”—\n(i) after ““conservation area”” insert\n“ —\n(a) in relation to England,”;\n(ii) after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—\n“(b) in relation to Wales, have the meanings given by section 210 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023;”;\n(b) in the definition of “local planning authority”—\n(i) after ““local planning authority”” insert\n“ —\n(a) in relation to England,”;\n(ii) after the paragraph (a) created by that amendment insert—\n“(b) in relation to Wales, means a planning authority within the meaning given by section 7 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026;”.",
