# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 10: Survey of planning authority’s area: transitory modification relating to English authorities

Until the insertion of section 15LG of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c. 5) by Schedule 7 to LURA 2023 comes into force, section 18(4)(b) of the principal Act is to be read as if sub-paragraph (ii) were omitted.
