# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 20: Acquisition of land: application of provisions to land held by the Welsh Ministers

For the purposes of Part 10 of the principal Act, land held by the Welsh Ministers that was acquired by the National Assembly for Wales (established by the Government of Wales Act 1998 (c. 38)) or by a Minister of the Crown before it was held by the Welsh Ministers is to be treated as having been acquired by the Welsh Ministers.
