# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 22: Compensation relating to highways orders and statutory undertakers: application of time limits

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

(1) Subsection (3) of section 285 of the principal Act does not apply to a claim for compensation that relates to the stopping up of a means of access in pursuance of an order made before that section comes into force.
(2) Subsection (2) of section 319 of the principal Act does not apply to a claim for compensation that relates to a decision or order made before that section comes into force.‍
