# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 4: Documents referring to repealed enactments

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

(1) This paragraph applies to any reference to a repealed enactment that is contained in a document made, served or issued after the repeal of that enactment.
(2) Unless the context requires otherwise, the reference is to be read (according to the context) as referring to, or including a reference to, any corresponding provision that is—
(a) contained in the principal Act, or
(b) inserted into any other enactment by this Act.
